Mind Alchemy
Improved self-image requires dedication and simple steps
βThe vibrations of fear,β success author Napoleon Hill wrote in 1937 in Think and Grow Rich, βpass from one mind to another just as quickly and as surely as the sound of the human voice passes from the broadcasting station to the receiving set of a radioβand BY THE SELF-SAME MEDIUM.β
But we are not at the mercyβat least not entirelyβof fearful or negative psychical states announcing themselves to others. We possess a mechanism that fosters a kind of mind alchemy, altering our dominant thoughts and, in some measure, our moods and self-image. It is called autosuggestion.
